- What is Gatlin OS?
- The operating system for a robot fleet. One dashboard for fleet management and scheduling, data recording on every run, an AI policy engine to deploy and invoke policies, and cloud simulation to validate a policy before it touches the real robot.
- What does a customization kit do?
- It retrofits a robot you already own so it runs on Gatlin OS. You keep the hardware and the vendor relationship, and you get fleet management, data recording, and the AI policy engine on top of it.
- Can I test robots from different vendors before I commit?
- Yes. We run robots from a variety of providers through the same simulated shift in your digital twin, so you compare them on your actual work rather than on a spec sheet. Then you buy or lease the one that wins.
- Do I need a robot to start working with Gatlin?
- No. The digital twin, cloud simulation, and model training all sell on their own. Plenty of customers start by testing a shift in simulation long before any hardware decision.
- What gets recorded on every run?
- Sensors, video, and actions, all searchable and exportable. That record is what makes a run auditable, and it is what model training and policy improvement learn from.
- Does Gatlin sell or license my data?
- No. We do not sell or license customer data, and we never will. Recorded runs improve the policies your robots use. That is the entire purpose.
- Which robots are available, and when?
- The Quadruped (Bronze) and Gatlin-Heavy (Silver) are open for pre-order now. The Unitree G1 (Gold) is next, with its customization kit following the quadruped kit. No robot is available off the shelf today.
- What does it cost?
- Pricing is scoped to your deployment and shared in a sales conversation, not published. Tiers are Bronze, Silver, and Gold, and 24/7 Support is included in every deployment rather than sold separately.
