Solutions

Manipulation-first robots for your environment.

Offices and hotels: every vertical has different pressures. We map your space, test the shift in simulation, then deploy the robot that fits your schedule and tasks.

Commercial Offices

Predictable cost per square foot.

For FM companies and cleaning service providers managing office portfolios.

Commercial offices are under constant pressure to reduce operating costs without degrading service quality. Gatlin Robotics gives FM companies and cleaning contractors a way to automate the manual manipulation work (trash pickup, conference-room reset, tidying) at a lower cost per square foot, without adding headcount.

Gatlin-Heavy two-arm robot working an office break area
Gatlin-Heavy clears trash and resets rooms after hours.

Recommended hardware: Quadruped for patrol and inspection, and Gatlin-Heavy for trash and reset. Both open for pre-order now. Recommended for 10,000+ sq ft portfolios.

The Problem

  • Labor costs rising 5-8% annually in high-density metros
  • High turnover in cleaning staff disrupts service consistency
  • Manual cleaning frequency limited by shift economics
  • Cleaning quality hard to verify and audit

Our Answer

  • Fixed monthly cost per robot, predictable budget line
  • Robots don't quit, call in sick, or require benefits
  • Automated manipulation runs during off-hours and overnight
  • Digital cleaning logs and coverage maps for every run
Hotels & Hospitality

Consistent cleanliness. Staffing relief.

For housekeeping companies and hotel operators managing high-frequency cleaning cycles.

Hotels run 24-hour cleaning cycles with thin margins and constant staffing pressure. Gatlin Robotics handles the repetitive room-reset work (clearing trash and setting personal items aside), freeing your staff for the guest-facing, detail-oriented work that drives satisfaction scores.

Gatlin-Heavy two-arm robot clearing a counter
Gatlin-Heavy runs room reset between shifts.

Recommended hardware: Quadruped for corridor and back-of-house inspection, and Gatlin-Heavy for room reset. Both open for pre-order now. Recommended for 30+ room properties.

The Problem

  • Housekeeping labor is chronically short-staffed post-2020
  • Room turns are time-sensitive and bottleneck check-ins at peak occupancy
  • Consistent cleanliness directly impacts guest reviews and ratings
  • Cleaning supervision overhead is significant at large properties

Our Answer

  • Autonomous room reset (trash + tidy) between shifts
  • Reliable schedule
  • Frees staff for room turnover and deep cleaning
  • Documented cleaning runs for operations review

Questions

Common questions.

Do Gatlin robots clean floors?
Not yet. Today the robots patrol, inspect, and do the dexterous work: trash pickup, conference and room reset, opening doors, and separating personal items from trash. Comprehensive floor care is on the roadmap, not something we deploy today.
What work can a robot actually take off my crew?
In offices, room reset (trash pickup and chair reset) plus nightly patrol and inspection sweeps. In hotels, clean-room reset (trash into a bin, personal items set aside) plus corridor and back-of-house inspection.
Can I see the work before a robot shows up?
Yes, and that is the normal path. We map your space into a digital twin from a walkthrough, then test your shift in simulation. You review the tuned shift before anything deploys.
What happens when a robot hits something it can't handle?
24/7 Support is included in every deployment. If a robot hits something it cannot handle, our team can step in remotely and take control.
How large does my facility need to be?
For office portfolios we recommend 10,000 sq ft and up. For hotels we recommend properties of 30 rooms and up. Below that the shift economics usually do not work yet.
Do I have to buy the robot?
No. There are two ways to deploy. Run a robot you already own on Gatlin OS, with a Gatlin customization kit if it needs one. Or lease one from our fleet and we operate it for you.
Which robots can I deploy, and when?
The Quadruped handles patrol and inspection, and Gatlin-Heavy handles trash and room reset. Both are open for pre-order now, and you reserve a slot on the demo call.
What does it cost?
Pricing is scoped to your facility and shared on the demo call, not published. Founding customers lock founding pricing for the life of the subscription and have the Digital Twin Validation fee waived.
